Briefing

YH series dyeing machine is an improved model of box overflow hank dyeing machine. Its capacity ranges from 2kg to 720kg, with a maximum working temperature of 108℃. It’s suitable for dyeing cotton, wool, acrylon and blended hank yarn. Compared with other traditionally designed machines, this machine is absolutely outstanding in dyeing luxurious textile products such as mercerized cotton and cashmere. Features

 

Controls water flow, dyeing quality is guaranteed.

Pyramid structure and the equivalent water distribution device are designed on top and at the bottom of the machine. The water flow inside machine body is thus accurately controlled, avoiding the problems of yarn moving, entangling etc. The dyeing quality is thus ensured.

 

High temperature dyeing, Frequency speed regulation, good dyeing effect.

 

The improved static pressure pump pressurize the machine body a little bit and increase the dyeing temperature to 108℃. Circulating pump speed is controlled by inverter to save energy.

 

Special designing guarantees first class quality.

Machine body is made of 4mm excellent S.S with durability. Heat exchanger is placed at the bottom of machine. Integrated structure lowers liquor ratio and cost.
