Structure Features
1.High efficiency spiral plate radiator is applied to ensure high heat effect and safety and the whole machine is covered with heat insulation fiber.
2.The main chain and auxiliary chain speed are controlled by inverter to meet different requirement of various yarns. Chain speed is digitally displayed. Easy operation and stable consistency.
3.The drying chamber temperature is controlled individually to achieve a better drying effect.
4.Each drying chamber is equipped with suction fan to improve humid-suction and drying effect.
5.To make use of heat more effectively, high temperature hot air with low humidity at the end chamber is recycled and reused in the first chamber.
6.Large volume of air circulation, high efficiency in drying, safe and reliable.
7.Equipped with yarn-rod delivery system to save human resources and realize continuous production.
8.Unique appearance. Cooling air fans are installed at the entrance and exit of the dryer to improve the working environment for workers.
FD-8 Series Hank Yarn Dryer
Structure feature
This dryer is constructed by modular block, consisting 3 to 8 chambers as required by the user. Heat insulating layers are covered on top and both sides of the dryer. The material of insulating layer is glass cotton. The circulating fan is with big capacity and low lift so that it can blow a big volume of air and achieve a higher drying effect. Spiral plate radiator heat up the air homogenously.
