YR-Series: Tube-Type Sample Dyeing Machine

Technical Feature
Machine body is made of high quality stainless steel and the dyeing channel is made of transparent high temperature glass. Yarns are hung on the moveable yarn rod inside the dyeing tube. The whole dyeing process is visible. This model is mainly used in laboratory dyeing and small sample dyeing. Large flow and low lifting head axial pump is used for the main pump, which is controlled by inverter. The dyeing liquid is circulating between the two tubes. Low liquor ratio and optimized dyeing effect.
Electric heating up system with fast heating speed. Programmable temperature and time control system, digitally displayed.
This model is suitable for dyeing hanks of cotton, synthetic and their blended.
