Structure feature:This machine can simulate the actual dyeing process of massive production so as to provide reliable dyeing technical data. The designing is user-friendly and convenient to install.
Standard Structure All the parts that are in touch with dyeing liquor are made of excellent S.S316L. The fabric-lifting system speed is governed by inverter. S.S stainless steel centrifugal pump governed by inverter. Pneumatic valve controls heating, cooling, water inlet, drainage and ringing. Water level indicator Main control panel equipped with advanced micro-processor.
Optional parts Analog feeding system.( air bubble level sensor and modulation dosing valve) Proportional heating up/cooling system.
Technical data Water ratio: 1:6-8 Max. working pressure: 3.9Mpa Max. working temperature: 140℃ Heating rate: 25 minutes needed from 20℃-130℃ (7bar dry steam) Cooling rate: 15 minutes needed from 130℃ to 85℃. (3bar cooling water pressure). )
