YGS-Series: H.T. Yarn Braising Machine

1. This machine is designed in accordance with pressure vessel requirement, which can withstand high temperature and pressure. Its max. working temperature reaches 130℃, thus the application range is widened. More yarn types, which may require high temperature braising, can be braised by this machine. It suitable for braising silk, cotton, nylon and blended yarns.
2. Reliable safety inter locking device includes manually operated mechanical interlock device and cylinder pin locking device. The pressure and temperature inside the cylinder is inter locked with door open and auto control, so that the operation process is secured.
3. YGS Series yarn braising machine is covered with heat insulating fiber, which reduces heat radiation and improves heat utilization efficiency.

Pneumatic valve, pressure sensor, temperature sensor control steam inlet, and control heating, pressurizing, keep temperature automatically.
