ABII Series--Atmospheric Overflow Dyeing Machines

Structure Features
1. L-shaped dual-grade circular nozzle is used in this model. The wrap angle between the lifting wheel and the fabric is enlarged so as to enhance the lifting strength and decrease the nozzle pressure, which improves the fabric hand feeling greatly and fundamentally removes the problem of fabric jam on the nozzle.
2. The innovative fabric-liquid separator can lead the fabric into the plaiter smoothly as well as separate the dyeing liquid from the fabric before entering into the fabric accumulator. The separated liquid can be recycled and transmitted to the bottom of the main body for effective circulation, which contributes to a better dyeing effect.
3. An innovative pip-shaped mesh on the bottom of the dyeing vessel extremely optimized the environment for fabric moving. This designing makes the fabric moving more smoothly and the liquor separating more effective, which enhances the dyeing liquor backflow and achieves a lower liquor ratio.
4. A unique waste collector can effectively collect the foreign matters and impurities floating in the dyeing liquor and lead them to the overflow pipe for discharge. The impurities would not contaminate the fabric again and the ringing process is thus more effective.
5.Powerful internal spraying system can clean the dyeing vessel easily within a short time.
